Course Resources Online
@CQU Library
When a lecturer needs all students to read an article/book chapter that the Library doesn't hold, or only holds a small number of print copies, the Australian Copyright Act allows us to create an electronic copy and make it available via the Library's website so that all students can easily access it.
You can search for CROs through the Library Catalogue or though the Course Resources Online index page. The Course Resources Online index page is the easiest way to access CROs but if you can't find what you need, double check the catalogue by searching for the title or author of the article/chapter.
If you're searching for a CRO through the Course Resources Online index page, you'll find them all listed under course code. Check the blue menu on the left to find the CRO link.
CROs may only be accessed by CQU students & staff. If you're accessing the Library's website through an off-campus computer, you'll be prompted for your student number & password (e-rolment PIN).
You can also access CROs through the SearchSMART page. There is a link for Course Resources Online in the SearchSMART links side menu.
This is the easiest way to locate a CRO but if you're having trouble, double check with a search in the Library Catalogue for the CRO title or author.
If you still can't find your CRO, contact the Library - we may be able to find it for you.
From the Course Resource Online index page,
