Copyright is defined as "the exclusive legal right, given to the originator or their assignee for a fixed number of years, to publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same" (OUP, 2004).

This collection contains links to online resources regarding the application and understanding of Australian copyright laws. Links are also provided to other generic legislative and legal web sites.
