Australia's national agency for health and welfare statistics and information.

Provides independently sourced data about health and medical research and funding.

Produced by the UD Dept of Energy, and provides public access to health and exposure data concerning DOE installations.

Demographic and Health Surveys

This site collects survey data, mainly from developing countries. Custom tables can be designed, or with registration, data is able to be downloaded and manipulated using SPSS.

Envirofacts

the EPA database of US environmental data. Other EPA data is also available from the EPA website. Health-related data is included.

FedStats

The gateway to statistics from over 100 U.S. Federal agencies.

Statistical Abstract of the United States

Data is available from 1995-1998. Section 2 has vital statistics and Section 3 has health & nutrition statistics.

CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) - provides public health related data and statistics.

Web-based Injury Statistics Query and Reporting System (WISQRS)

An interactive database system that provides customised reports of injury-related data, created by the U.S. National Center for Injury Prevention and Control.
