"If you come to my office you can see a pile of stuff about that high. When I photocopy journal articles or whatever I don't file them, I need to now, but I just throw them on the pile. And that's the problem, I know it's there somewhere and if I want to try and get it out I've got to go through everything. So if you're talking about managing all this information … that is what happens. You get so much information in hard copies in your office and it's just a matter of filing it properly and that's what I'm not doing at this stage, and I need to. So in a way it's quite hard to manage all that information."
