Placing a hold

To place a hold on an item that is not available at your Central Queensland Campus Library,  submit an online form or contact us and request a hold on the first available copy.

Staff will advise you of the likely date an item is available for collection.  When a hold is placed on an item that is checked out or on a short term loan, staff will attempt to contact you by phone or email.  Standard loans will be held for collection for 7 days and short term loans for 3 days.

When making a request please provide us with your library barcode and the call number of the item required.
